Swan Creek Candle is a division of Ambrosia, Inc., an Ohio corporation that has been selling wholesale to the gift industry since 1978. It is owned and operated by members of the founding family, and located in a 30,000 square foot factory in Northwest Ohio. You may visit our outlet stores; the original location at the factory in Swanton, OH or our second outlet store in Historic Downtown Dundee, MI. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Trim wicks to 1/4 inch at all times. Never burn a candle on an unprotected surface. Avoid burning candles in a draft. We recommend you do not burn a candle in a pot with less than 1/2 inch of wax left on the bottom. Our designer candles containing decorative dried or silk material require special attention. In some of these decorative candles the wick is placed off center on purpose. All the wax is not meant to melt in these candles. Extinguish if the decorative material is threatened.

To maintain color and fragrance, store candles in a cool, dark, covered container. Blooming is a natural occurrence with soy wax- and is not a defect in the candle. If your candle blooms, you can guarantee it is pure soy!

Shipping charges are based on the value of the order. 0-$24.99 is $9.25 shipping. $25-39.49 is $10.50 shipping, $39.50-59.99 is $12.50. The $60 dollar free shipping offer ONLY applies to orders within the conterminous United States. Canadian Orders will be charged actual shipping rates with applicable taxes based on your Provence. Please note that the free shipping policy is for orders with a subtotal of $60 or more; not including tax or gift certificates.


All items carry a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund or exchange. As of 8-01-2020 We can not accept any returns after 30 days for any product that has been used. You may either return at your cost, or we can send a return label that will be deducted from your refund.

Free Gift Policy
The Free Gift with every order is done as a courtesy from the company to provide a free gift for all customers. Free gifts do not cost the customer any additional fees therefore they are not returnable, refundable, or eligible for an exchange. Please use your free gift as you see fit.

We respect your privacy and we believe you have a right to know how we handle information you provide us. Regarding Web site ordering, we use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Regarding store location requests, some of our customers use our Web site to ask us for the location of "bricks and mortar" stores near them which sell Swan Creek Candle products. We ask these customers to provide us with their postal zip code, which we use to find the nearest store for them. Additionally, when feasible, we send the retail store the customer's name and email address so they can work directly with the customer. If you would rather we not send a store your name and email address, please tell us when you send your zip code.
