All orders are normally shipped out of our location within 1-2 business days, pending stock availability. Orders with large item quantities may take longer to ship. Once the order ships we will send you your tracking information with UPS, and all orders normally arrive on or often before the sixth business day from date of shipment.

We have Second Day and Overnight Air available at additional charges to our customers who wish to have expedited options. We also offer shipping to Canada with all costs billed at checkout!
Sometimes, no matter how careful we are, DAMAGE happens. Please use CAUTION when unwrapping your order. If you have a damaged item, contact us immediately at info@swancreekcandle.com. Include your order number and a picture of the damage. We will credit the cost of the damages to the credit card used for purchase immediately.
If an item is listed as temporarily out of stock, please know that our policy is to hold the entire order until that item comes back into stock. If you would like to have items shipped separately, extra shipping charges will apply.

All items carry a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it in its original condition with the original sales slip for either a full refund or an exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Items returned after 30 days from the original purchase but before 90 days are eligible for exchange only.


Please also note, Candle Refill Wax is not eligible for refund or exchange once it has been poured.
